2009 Panto - Lorna Doone

Some might have raised their eyebrows at the choice of Lorna Doone for this year's panto, but you have to admit it was different and the Players are to be congratulated on making a huge success of it.

By all accounts it excelled in every department, from the interpretaion of such a well known story, combining as it did all the marvellous elements of traditional pantomime, to the fantastic scenes, wonderful choreography and brilliant performances of the players themselves (and what about Alan Scott as the bad guy!).
