Your Neighbourhood Police Team

Neighbourhood Policing is based upon the following structure:

District/Neighbourhood Area/Beat

For Puriton, this is:

Somerset West District/Bridgwater Neighbourhood Area/Woolavington, Puriton, West Poldens Beat.

This beat covers the north Bridgwater rural village areas of Woolavington and Puriton and the east Bridgwater rural villages of Cossington, Chilton Polden, Edington, Catcott and Burtle.

We're pleased to welcome Lora to the Puriton, Woolavington and Poldens beat.  Lora will be taking over from PCSO Rachel Aston who is moving to lighter duties while she is expecting her first baby.

Lora has been working on the SSN Rural beat team for the last 3 years, previously on the Cannington and Quantock beat.  She will very happy to join the area and will be working alongside PC Jasmine Desmond.  If you have any concerns or would like a chat please use any method set out below.
